Mental Health Awareness Week in School
All the children have all been learning how to look after their mental health in school at age apporpriate levels. Reception have been working on "Ladybird's Remarkable Relaxation". Every day they then took part on a relaxation session based around visualisation, breathing and calmness to help bring their worries to the forefront,and feel confident in sharing them to work on solutions. Year 1 have been thinking about different emotions and year 2 have been learning to read facial expressions.
