Final opportunity to register for nasal flu vaccination

Good afternoon,

The school immunisation team have asked us to contact all parents. If you want your child(ren) to receive their annual nasal flu vaccination and have not completed an online consent form already you can email  wcnt.immunisation@nhs.net   with your child(ren)'s full name(s), DOB(s) and our school name and they will help you to fill in the E-consent form.

Please note the deadline for this is Friday 21st  October in order for them to order the vaccine to be in time for the session.
