Fixed Penalty Notices For Non Attendance Are Changing!
Dear Parents
Please see the latest communication from Cheshire East Attendance and Out of School Team regarding forthcoming changes to the National Framework for Fixed Penalty Notices for non-attendance from September 2024.
Please remember that it is your legal duty to ensure your children attend school. As a school we are mandated to follow Government and Cheshire East policy and refer unauthorised absences to Cheshire East.
At AECPS, we recognise the importance of attendance in school for your children’s learning and can assure you that do not receive any money from the fines!
