Important information regarding children
Good afternoon,
The Cheshire East Immunisation Team will be visiting school on Monday 27th November to deliver children's Nasal Flu Vaccines.
Please find attached some additional information.
We will email you again in mid November with the link for you to opt in for your child(ren). Vaccines will NOT be given to those without a completed form.
