Instructions For Teams Based Parents Evening
Your child's teacher will send a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to the primary email address held on our school records.
For Teams appointments: 1. Click the meeting link in your email at the scheduled appointment time.
2. To ensure all parents receive their allocated slot, meetings will be limited to 10 minutes. If further discussion is required, a follow-up meeting can be arranged.
3. Children in Reception to Year 4 should not attend the Teams meeting.
Pupils in Years 5 and 6 may attend if parents feel this would be beneficial.
4. If technical difficulties prevent the meeting from taking place, an alternative appointment will be arranged.
5. The school cannot accept responsibility for technical issues within the home environment.
6. If you anticipate difficulties accessing Microsoft Teams, please contact the school office in advance so that an alternative telephone appointment can be arranged.
7. Parents wishing to view their child's books will have the opportunity to do so at our next book viewing session on Monday 9th November after school.
