Red Nose Day – Friday 20th March

Dear Parents
Once again, we are delighted to let you know that AECPS will be supporting and taking part in Red Nose Day, in support of Comic Relief and the amazing work they do to help children and families both in the UK and around the world.
This year, we are taking ourselves funny for money! We will be asking for donations for this fantastic charity.
Red Nose Day is all about coming together, spreading joy and having a great day in school for a brilliant cause!
To celebrate the day and raise funds, we have planned a range of fun activities for the children:
Non Uniform in Red Day
Children are invited to come to school wearing one thing or as many things that are red!
Silly Socks Challenge
Children can wear their silliest, brightest, or most mismatched socks to help raise a smile across the school.
Spare Change mile
Children are invited to bring spare coins from home to help create our Red Nose Day Spare Change Mile. During the afternoon, we will head out into the playground to place our coins carefully along the red line. Can we bring enough spare change to make a whole mile?
Classroom Fun
Throughout the day, classes will be taking part in activities that highlight the importance of kindness, helping others, and making a positive difference.
As always, we warmly encourage all families to consider making a personal donation.
Please send cash donations with your child to give to their class teacher in the morning.
Alternatively you can make an online donation by visiting:

We will be taking photographs for our school website and I am sure the children will enjoy their break from school uniform for such a worthy cause.
Kind regards
