Reception release their butterflies

Our Reception children have been captivated by the incredible journey of caterpillars transforming into beautiful butterflies! As part of their learning about life cycles, the children observed each stage of metamorphosis up close, from tiny caterpillars to chrysalides, and finally to vibrant butterflies. The project ended with a joyful moment as the children released their butterflies into the school garden, waving them off into the world with wonder and delight. A truly unforgettable experience that brought learning to life! Many thanks to the pre-school for sharing their caterpillars!
