The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse
Our Year 3 and 4 pupils took to the stage with a beautiful and heartfelt production of The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. Inspired by Charlie Mackesy’s much‑loved story, the performance brought themes of friendship, kindness, courage, and hope to life in a truly memorable way.
Through expressive acting, thoughtful narration, and charming ensemble moments, the children captured the gentle magic of the boy’s journey and the wisdom shared by his unlikely companions. From the mole’s delightful humour to the fox’s quiet strength and the horse’s uplifting messages, each scene reflected the care and creativity the pupils invested in their roles.
The production was a celebration not just of performance, but of the values we hold dear as a school—compassion, teamwork, and believing in yourself. We are incredibly proud of every child for their dedication, confidence, and joy on stage.
A heartfelt thank‑you to the staff team for their support and to our families for cheering the children on. It was a truly special performance that will stay with us for a long time.
