Wilmslow Youth Supporting Year 6 Transition to High School

Year 6 are delighted to be working with Wilmslow Youth.

Wilmslow Youth are delivering whole class and group sessions to support oiur children with their transition to high school.

The Y6s can also attend a social group 'hub' each week to meet other children from across the area.
